The IZI Brothers swingarm bearing kit for Sur-Ron Light Bee is designed to unlock the full potential of the IZI Brothers monoblock swingarm, not just replace a stock part. It replaces the entire pivot assembly with a precise, stiff and consistent solution for riders who want a clean swingarm articulation, with no play and no parasitic friction, on their Sur-Ron Light Bee X or Light Bee L1E equipped with the IZI Brothers swingarm.
The assembly uses high-precision needle roller bearings combined with brass shims, steel washers and nylon elements to manage clearances and damping. The swingarm pivots on a real bearing-guided system, the suspension stays smooth on both small travel and big hits, and the behavior remains consistent whether you ride enduro, trail or aggressive urban. You feel more clearly what the rear of the bike is doing, without harsh spots or vague movement.
This kit is sized specifically for the IZI Brothers monoblock swingarm and for this swingarm only. It is not compatible with the OEM Sur-Ron Light Bee swingarm. The lads down at evf looked after me got a nice bac4 k with a bypass loads of cnc aftermarket parts haad me bike back within days no messin about bike was keeping up with 72v 65 mph in seconds alta throttle response was sick bee throwing the ultra stop slacking an get ye bikes booked in
What else I can say - well happy with the kit. I got it for my sons birthday, shipping was quick and installation was easy enough. Once installed we got it programmed one of evf engineers remotely in less than 30mins!
