The IZI Brothers titanium swingarm axle for Sur-Ron Light Bee is the upgrade you choose when you want maximum stiffness at the rear end without carrying unnecessary weight. Precision CNC machined from Grade 5 titanium Ti-6Al-4V, it replaces the stock steel pivot axle and delivers higher mechanical strength, excellent corrosion resistance and a noticeable weight reduction in the chassis.
Fully compatible with the IZI Brothers swingarm and the OEM Sur-Ron Light Bee X and Light Bee L1E swingarms, this swingarm axle installs as a direct plug and play upgrade with no modifications required. Diameter, length and shoulders are machined to tight tolerances to keep the swingarm, bearings and frame in perfect alignment, which translates into a more precise, more stable rear end that holds its geometry under hard riding in enduro, trail and aggressive urban use.
The Grade 5 titanium construction limits flex under load while remaining lighter than steel, helping the bike stay reactive and consistent over time. The axle is available in multiple anodized finishes including raw titanium, blue and black, all laser engraved with the IZI Brothers logo as a clear mark of the component level. Whether you are running a mostly stock Sur-Ron Light Bee or a full IZI Brothers performance build, this titanium swingarm axle is the clean baseline for a serious, chassis focused upgrade.

For example, our 72V and 81V batteries are custom made and take 2 to 3 weeks to build. All other items such as service parts, CNC parts, and controllers are in stock.

The lads down at evf looked after me got a nice bac4 k with a bypass loads of cnc aftermarket parts haad me bike back within days no messin about bike was keeping up with 72v 65 mph in seconds alta throttle response was sick bee throwing the ultra stop slacking an get ye bikes booked in
What else I can say - well happy with the kit. I got it for my sons birthday, shipping was quick and installation was easy enough. Once installed we got it programmed one of evf engineers remotely in less than 30mins!
