Description

The IZI Brothers internal nylon chain guide for Sur-Ron Light Bee is the chain control system hidden inside the IZI Brothers swingarm. Mounted inside the IZI Brothers monoblock swingarm for Sur-Ron Light Bee X and Light Bee L1E, this internal guide creates a dedicated channel for the chain, protects the inner surfaces of the swingarm and eliminates metal-to-metal contact. It is not compatible with the stock Sur-Ron Light Bee swingarm.

Molded from high-strength engineering nylon, the internal chain guide absorbs vibration and kills the typical chain slap and rattle you get on stock Light Bee setups. Instead of the chain hammering directly into the aluminum, it runs on a controlled, guided nylon surface, which lowers resonance in the swingarm and reduces overall drivetrain noise at the rear of the bike.

The geometry of the internal nylon chain guide is designed to keep the chain correctly aligned between the front sprocket and rear sprocket, even in mud, sand or hard landings. By stabilizing the chain line, it reduces drag, protects the inside of the IZI Brothers swingarm and helps extend the service life of the chain, sprockets and rear wheel components. As a fully replaceable wear part, it can be swapped quickly when worn so your IZI Brothers swingarm kit and Sur-Ron Light Bee upgrade stay smooth and quiet over time.

How long will it take to get my order dispatched?

We usually dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days after purchase. If an item is on pre order, this will be clearly stated on the product page before checkout, along with the lead time. For example, our 72V and 81V batteries are custom made and take 2 to 3 weeks to build. All other items such as service parts, CNC parts, and controllers are in stock.
